We want you to be happy with your purchase and so comply with the distance selling regulations and sale of goods act.
In the event of a fault developing with your purchase within 28 days of purchase we will repair or replace it free of charge.
In the event of an identical item not being available we will offer an equal or better replacement or a refund.
It is the customers responsibility to return faulty goods. Whenever faulty goods are returned within the 28 day period we will refund your return postage costs.
Items returned for any other reason than faulty ie goods purchased and found to be unsuitable or ordered in error then the purchaser bears the return postage cost.
Items must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
